Terms and Conditions

• Hire rate is per vehicle, per calendar day
• Rates are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST, and valid from 01 April 2006 to 31 March 2007
• All drivers need to be 21 years or over and be in possession of a current driver’s license
• All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full on completion of the hire
• Short & long term commercial hire also available

Insurance and Rental Bond

• Insurance excess on all vehicles is $5000. This excess can be reduced in increments of $500 by payment of
  excess reduction insurance of $5 per vehicle per day per $500.
• For example: $10 per day reduces the excess to $4000, $20 per day reduces the excess to $2000 etc.
• Excess can be reduced to a minimum of $500 (i.e. $45 per day)
• A credit card bond of $750.00 is required for all vehicle rentals at the time of hire.

Notice of Cancellation Policy

• 7-21 days: $25 administration fee payable to Bay 4WD Hire.
• Less than 7 days: 100% of first days hire
• Less than 72 hours: Full package cancellation fee applies.
